We do not have any cleaning fees. Welcome to our quiet country escape! Nestled on a quiet country road, our large home retreat offers a perfect getaway for families seeking tranquility, relaxation, and quality time together. Walk inside and be greeted by our well-appointed home's warm and rustic charm. This retreat features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ample space to accommodate large families, ensuring everyone can enjoy their private sanctuary.
Good to know
The home has two bedrooms with full queen beds. The third bedroom has a full-size bed with a trundle pullout bed. There are two living rooms with smart televisions. You are free to sign in to your account for each application. Please remember to sign out of your accounts before you leave, if you don't mind. The living rooms are large enough to put an air-up mattress on the floor for an extra guest. The garage can hold two cars and park cars or small trailers. It is also an excellent way to protect your vehicle in bad weather. The basement is for severe weather only. There is nothing else down there, and it is not designed for living. If you wish to sit outside, there will be cushions inside the little shed outside for seating. There is also a BBQ grill in the shed for use. It is a propane grill.
Other Details to Note
The property sits on 2 acres and is a country property. It is about 15 minutes from Palo Duro Canyon or Downtown Amarillo. We have updated it, and there are zero cleaning fees. The backyard is not completely fenced, so please be aware if you bring your animals.
